Integrated with the payroll/HR suite with which clients are able to deliver HR and HR-related functions directly to employee desk tops via an internal intranet. Employees are then able to submit basic changes to their personal profiles resulting in real-time updates to the HR module.
Functionality also provides a manager’s view, allowing managers to perform tasks that will automatically update HR with absence information, overtime approval, holiday request approval and performance reviews to name but a few.
