How does it work?
Once a client opts for this module, it is accessible through a safe and secure link via the internet. The module provides flexibility during implementation so that clients’ needs are met with custom spreadsheets that sit within the module. Almost any type of transaction can be handled within the workflow module including timesheets, expense reports and holiday requests.
The eWorkflow module will then notify managers of the need for action based on pre-determined workflow rules
What do I have to do?
The client just has to provide the spreadsheet required or the specification for what is needed and the ESOS Information Services team will create the spreadsheet on behalf of the client. The workflow will then be set up within the module according to client specifications.
The ESOS implementation team will assist in rolling out the module in order to ensure all staff fully understand how to operate it.
What does ESOS do?
ESOS will customise the module to the extent that a spreadsheet created to the client’s specification will be utilised within the module and ESOS will set up the workflow rules according to the client’s requirements. The client is responsible for maintenance to user names and passwords.
How much does it cost?

What about implementation?
The ESOS Implementation Team will assist the client in preparing an in-depth specification document that will give clarity and focus to what is required. Implementation is the major deliverable on the eWorkflow module and therefore will be given due care and attention in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Will it save me money?
eWorkflow will generate cost savings over paper timesheets, expenses reports and similar, especially in multi-site environments, because there is no need to post a hard copy document and approval is on-line in a real time environment.
