In 2007 Simple, made a decision to fully outsource management of its Payroll services. The brief was to find a provider who could offer and maintain a high quality professional service. The key as in all service relationships was to find a company that would deliver against the professional criteria, in a personal manner.

After a tendering process over a 3 month period, Simple selected ESOS to be their service provider. This decision was driven out of a number of points, including the quality of presentation, the speed of response, the visibility of all elements within the package, as well as the competitive commercials. An important determining factor was meeting the members of the team who would take direct responsibility for the account – and establish a good fit with Simple's philosophy of a dynamic organisation passionate about their product.

Since the seamless cutover in September 2007 the quality of service from ESOS has been excellent, because of the good planning upfront there have been no service issues. Where minor amendments have been required these have been dealt with speedily and efficiently.

ESOS has provided Simple with the desired solution for outsourcing its Payroll operation.
