Since the seamless cutover in September 2007 the quality of service from ESOS has been excellent, because of the good planning upfront there have been no service issues. Where minor amendments have been required these have been dealt with speedily and efficiently.

We looked around and knew we had hit base when we met the ESOS team. They made extensive promises and I readily agree they have not only fulfilled their contractual obligations but, on a number of occasions, have exceeded our expectations.
