In simple terms, the ESOS Board of Directors has set out ‘to promote a culture of honesty, adaptability and respect to stakeholders’. This mission is evidenced throughout the organisation, where open and honest debate is encouraged and creativity is nurtured.
Empowerment
Senior and middle managers are encouraged to make decisions and to take responsibility for these decisions and the actions backing them up.
Customer Care
The ESOS team is dedicated and hard-working with the desired end result always being to exceed customers’ expectations. Each member of staff is encouraged to have a results-driven attitude, an attitude that says ‘We’ll find a way to get that done,’ not ‘We can’t do that.’
